SPIRITUALITY
Spirituality is something that provides hope, connection with others and a reason for (or meaning of) existence for many people. Spirituality may help you and/or your family to see that there is much more to life than disability, aging or disease and can give you hope and a sense of well-being.
Spirituality can take many forms. For many people, religion is an important aspect of spirituality. Some people make spiritual connections through music, art, or nature. Values and principles are another source of spirituality. Some questions for you to consider are: What gives you internal support? What are your sources of hope, strength, comfort and peace? What inspires you? What keeps you going during difficult times?
