Attend community events, such as health fairs or classes in community centers and libraries. Speakers and companies often present information at such events, and you do not have to buy anything.
There are many agencies that provide services such as housekeeping, personal care, nursing, transportation, friendly visitors, respite, durable medical equipment and minor home repair just to name a few. Many of these companies have Websites so that you can learn about their services.
Area Agencies on Aging, Centers for Independent Living and other organizations throughout Arizona can answer your questions and help you find resources.
