Options Counselor
The Options Counselor is a self-guided program to help you plan for your quality of life, now and in the future. If you're like most people, you probably have not spent enough time making plans. Your needs may change with advanced age and/or disability. Perhaps you are helping someone else with a health concern or a disability.
The information and tools in this program will assist you in making sound decisions about your care needs. If you are helping others or caring for someone, you will also find good resources here.
