  • AZ Department of Veterans Services

    The Arizona Department of Veterans Services is a state agency with offices located through out Arizona that provides direct assistance in all matters pertaining to benefits and entitlements of Veterans, their Dependents and Survivors. DVS is responsible to apprise Veterans and their Families residing in Arizona of the Federal and State benefits available to them.

    AHCCCS is the Medicaid agency in Arizona that provides health insurance to low- income Arizonans.

    The ALTCS program is a statewide managed care system which delivers both acute and long term care services through eight prepaid, program contractors, Native American Tribes or Associations.

  • Arizona State Health Insurance Assistance Program

    SHIP is a free health-benefits counseling service for Medicare beneficiaries and their families or caregivers. It’s mission is to educate, advocate, counsel, and empower people to make informed benefit decisions. SHIP is an independent program funded by Federal agencies, and is not affiliated with the Insurance industry.

    Benefits CheckUp Arizona is a confidential web-based service that screens for your potential eligibility for Medicare, Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage and Medicare Savings Programs. In addition, it screens for your potential eligibility for Social Security Programs. It screens for you for over 1,000 federal and state programs. We highly recommend that you use this tool to see if you qualify for programs and services you may not even be aware of!

    The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services provides information on Medicare laws and regliations, health insurance and counseling and relevant insurance products.

  • Health-e-Arizona Plus

    Health-e-Arizona Plus allows Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (Medicaid) members to view their own active healthcare and health plan enrollment for the following services: AHCCCS, Medicare Savings Program, KidsCare, Behavioral Health, other medical insurance, and more.

  • Social Security Administration

    Provides information on your Social Security records, Medicare, Disability, Supplemental Security Income, and various other services.

  • U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

    Lists Arizona Health Centers, Vets Centers, and VA administrative offices, provides links to important information such as VA benefits.
