Having good mental health doesn't mean that you'll always be happy. When negative feelings like sadness, loneliness or feeling 'down' disrupt your life or go on for too long, there may be a bigger problem.

  • Apache Behavioral Health Services(ABHS)

    The mission of ABHS is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families who are residing on the Fort Apache Reservation and enrolled members of the White Mountain Apache Tribe. Services are available to Tribal members regardless of their state or federally funded status.

  • Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS), Behavioral Health Office of Prevention Services

    The Office of Prevention provides tools, resources and technical support to promote the resiliency and prevention of behavioral health/substance abuse disorders in our communities. Our goal is to empower communities to make healthy choices.

  • Arizona Alliance For The Mentally Ill (AAMI)

    AAMI is part of NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots organization for people with mental illness and their families. Founded in 1979, NAMI has affiliates in every state and in more than 1,100 local communities across the country.

  • Cenpatico of Arizona

    Cenpatico Behavioral Health of Arizona (Cenpatico) holds the contract to manage the behavioral health care services for Santa Cruz, Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Yuma, La Paz, Gila and Pinal Counties. The contract covers people who are AHCCCS eligible with Title XIX and Title XXI benefits, as well as having a serious mental illness (SMI).

  • Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA)

    CPSA is the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) designated by the state of Arizona to coordinate and manage publicly-funded behavioral health services for children, adlits and their families in Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima and Santa Cruz counties.

  • Northern Arizona Regional Behavioral Health Authority (NARBHA)

    A resource for individuals, families and agencies concerned with behavioral health. It provides information about behavioral health services, laws and related news, as well as communication tools and other features. Serving all of Northern Arizona in Mohave, Yavapai, Coconino, Navajo and Apache Counties.

    SPAN USA is dedicated to preventing suicide through public education and awareness, community engagement and federal, state and local grassroots advocacy. By empowering those who have been touched by suicide, SPAN USA seeks to advance the implementation of the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention.

  • The Arc of Arizona, Inc

    The Arc of Arizona advocates for the rights and full community participation of all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Together with our network of members and affiliated chapters, we improve systems of supports and services, connect families, inspire communication and influence public policy.

    The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention has been at the forefront of a wide range of suicide prevention initiatives designed to reduce loss of life from suicide. And we are expanding our assistance to people whose lives have been affected by suicide, reaching out to offer support and offering opportunities to become involved in prevention.
