AZ Links Partners and Projects
The Arizona Alzheimer's Task Force (AATF), was created in response to a rapidly growing population of Arizona families dealing with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders (ADRD). The Arizona Alzheimer’s State Plan that the AATF has introduced this month was developed as a Framework for Action, and includes the following goals:
- Maximize Public Awareness and Understanding
- Develop New and Enhance Existing Supports for People with Alzheimer’s Disease and their Families
- Expand the Dementia-Capable Workforce in Arizona
- Advance and Disseminate Research
- Create a Dementia-Capable System in Arizona
The AATF developed Calls to Action that will help advance the five goals, and then organized them by stakeholder groups so those groups could work collaboratively to implement theCalls to Action they choose to engage, and report their progress on a quarterly basis to the AATF. Please review these Calls to Action so you or your organization can get involved and make a difference for Arizonans having to deal with ADRD:
